Terms & Conditions

1. Quotations & Acceptance

All quotes are valid for 30 days.

Work begins only after written acceptance of the quote or payment of a deposit.

Changes to scope may require a revised quote.

2. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required before work begins.

Full payment is due within 7 days of job completion unless otherwise agreed.

Overdue payments may incur late fees and collection costs.

3. Cancellations & Delays

Please provide at least 48 hours? notice for cancellations or changes.

Weather or supply delays may affect project timelines ? we?ll keep you updated.

We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of unsafe working conditions.

4. Client Responsibilities

Ensure site access is available during scheduled work.

Inform us of underground utilities or site hazards.

Pets must be secured and out of working areas.

5. Warranties & Workmanship

We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months unless otherwise stated.

Plants and natural materials are subject to seasonal or environmental variation and are not guaranteed unless covered in writing.

We are not liable for damage due to pre-existing issues or third-party interference.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, material shortages)

Consequential or indirect losses

Issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client

7. Photos & Marketing

We may photograph completed projects for portfolio or marketing use unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Disputes will be handled in accordance with NZ consumer rights legislation.
